6)Golconda Fort
Golconda is a citadel and fort in Southern India and was the capital of the medieval sultanate of the Qutub Shahi dynasty,is situated 11 kilometres west of Hyderabad.The region is known for the mines that have produced some of the world's most famous gems, including the Koh-i-Noor, the Hope Diamond and the Nassak Diamond.Golkonda was originally known as Mankal Golkonda Fort was first built by the Kakatiya Dynasty as part of their western defenses along the lines of the Kondapalli Fort.
5)Ananthagiri Hills
Ananthagiri Hills is located at Vikarabad,Ranga Reddy district,Telangana India.The water flows from these hills to Osmansagar and Himayatsagar.This temple is located in Ananthagiri hills, about 75 kilometers from Hyderabad. Lord Vishnu is in the form of Sri Anantha Padmanabha Swamy and Ananthagiri is named after him.
Nagasamudram Lake
Near the temple, there is this lake called Nagasamudram Lake which is located near to a dam. The lake is also known as Kotipally Reservoir as it is also a masonry dam. It offers one of the most serene views during monsoons in India.
4)Laknavaram Lake
Laknavaram Lake is a lake located in Govindaraopet mandal, about 80km from Warangal,Telangana.The new facilities including cottages, a viewing tower, a pantry, and a ferry from the main banks to the island amidst the serene waters has been opened for the nature loving tourists.The wooden air-conditioned cottages at the resorts of lake has bagged the most innovative product at the travel and tourism fair held at Kolkata.
3)Warangal Fort
Warangal Fort, in Warangal in the Indian State of Telangana,appears to have existed since at least the 12th century when it was the capital of the Kakatiya Dynasty. The fort has four ornamental gates, known as Kakatiya Kala Thoranam that originally formed the entrances to a now ruined great Shiva temple. The Kakatiyan arch has been adopted and officially incorporated into the Emblem Of Telangana after the state bifurcation.
2)Bradrachalam
Bhadrachalam is in Bhadradri District of the Indian State of Telangana.It is an important Hindu piligrimage town with an existence of the Bhadrachalam of Lord Rama, situated on the banks of Godavari River.
Papikondalu
The entrance of Papi kondalu can be seen from Koruturu (West Godavari District).The original name for this hill range was ‘Papidi Kondalu'. Papidi is a rough translation for partition in Telugu. Since this range looks like a well designed partition that splits river Godavari, this name was coined. There is also another idea that the range looks like a partition of a typical Indian Woman's hair line. In due course, it settled for ‘Papi Kondalu’.
1)Charminar
The Charminar is a monument and mosque located in Hyderabad,Telangana,India.. The landmark has become a global icon of Hyderabad. The Charminar is situated on the east bank of Musi River. To the west lies the Laad Bazar, and to the southwest lies the richly ornamented granite Makkah Masjid.The name is combination of the Urdu words "Char" and "Minar" translating to "Four Pillars".
